My name is Andre Duquemin and I have run my own health practice since 2001. At first I built it using the normal methods of trial and error, closing my eyes and hoping for the best. This didn’t work for me really, so I looked around to see what I could find.

Over the next few years what I learnt astounded me. Building your practice through advertising and marketing is all well and good, but if you don’t have the mindset to really build a great practice, you won’t get anywhere.

What I have learnt over the past 10 years in building my practice is that you have to be prepared to change. Not just in the way you go about running your business but, more importantly, you have to change your old way of doing things.

So my products and services deal with two things. Firstly, yep, I know all about how to market and grow your practice and I cover these in great detail. But just as important is covering the mindset you need for success in your practice. You see, by starting to change your internal processes, you automatically start to change your external circumstances.

The great news is that the answer was under your nose all the time. Sure it takes a knowledge of business skills, but these can be learnt. But it takes personal change as well – and thats where I come in.
